Top Gun Tom Cruise Jacke

Did not regret this purchase. Got tons of comments. The finish is matte and supple - not that shiny faux-leather look that ruins the whole vibe.

Really like this jacket overall. The leather quality is noticeably better than what I paid for before. My only thing is the collar is stiffer than I expected - it needed a couple of weeks to soften up and stop feeling like a neck brace. Once it broke in, though, perfect.

Tried two other sellers before this. One sent a jacket where the patches were iron-on and peeled after one wash. This one has proper embroidered patches, nicely raised. The zipper pull is solid brass-coloured hardware. Sized up one size since I have broader shoulders and the fit is excellent.

Patch placement is accurate and the leather is thick enough to feel like the real deal. Great for riding - the collar blocks wind well.

I've seen maybe four different Top Gun jackets online and this one gets the most details right. The flag patch positioning on the right shoulder is correct, the ribbed cuffs have the right texture, and the overall tan-brown colour is accurate - not the weird orange some others have. Shoulders fit perfectly at a medium. Had to air it out for a day because of the new leather smell but that fades fast.
